It started the way honest things do not with a plan, but with a feeling.
A mother and her daughter were going through one of the hardest seasons of their lives. And in the middle of it, they kept noticing the same thing: a few honest words at the right moment changed everything.
So they started writing them down. And leaving them for others.
And somewhere in that, a movement was born.

Started by a mother and daughter during a genuinely hard chapter of life. Instead of retreating, they chose to reach outward writing notes, leaving them in places where people might need them, asking nothing in return.

The mission was never invented. It came out of lived experience of facing challenges, feeling unseen, and understanding firsthand what a single word of encouragement can do in a heavy moment. That authenticity is at the center of everything we are.
